Hi Rocket-Boy: would like to know if I be able to play Battlefield3 online via 3g(21mbps) modem?

Or any advice if I don't have asdl where I stay.

i play on a 21mbps 3g donle plugged into a Tp-link router. My ping is around 80ms when i play. I use the 8ta 10gb package.

I'm not RB, but I'm just as vuil, so it's np :P

3g should be fine for BF3, I know some FiB guys play on 3g, Assassin + Vermaak, and they seem to play half decent :P
Also with the hitreg being client side, your latency doesn't affect the game that much. Played a practice game last night and one oke on the opposite team had 200ms, but he was still accurate enough to clip headshots both rounds of the game.

Only problem I think 3g would have are the updates, being so incredibly big. But you can just copy the game from someone. :)

The biggest issue with 3g is not latency but packet loss. If you have 25-50% you are screwed. Doesn't matter if hitreg is on the client side or not you won't be hitting much with bad packet loss.

So get the 3g and test it, if you have no packet loss you will be fine. We play on int servers with a 200ms ping and you only notice it when you go toe toe with someone

I prefer to think of my role as more assault than medic. However, with nearly 7000 revives tallied so far, reviving is a top priority for me.

Yar we were holding up so many players and the rest of our team was struggling to get B. There were 6 of us on A and it wasn't moving yet B was not getting taken haha.

You were annoying though.

O gents BFC is trying to put together a second team for the league we a few players short, so if anyone is interested

Couldnt find one balanced server :(

Every server I join the team I was on was being spawn raped (Noshar, Metro, Damavand) hate all those maps :(

I'm finding that lately. Servers are so unbalanced it is not fun for the lesser ranked team. The sad thing is no one will move over to at least try make it balanced. Many, many times it's myself and another oke from my clan or another clan on 1 team and the rest low ranked players, while the other team has tons of clan members and highly ranked players. I've been seeing some high profile players move to the stronger team.. that irks me. All for a digital point that adds to a ratio that has no benefit whatsoever.

On the plus side, you don't have to fight your teamies for kills :P

I've been playing a lot more SQDM lately because of this balance problem.

I've been taking a bit of a break because of this. I often tune in global chat "Do I have to have a clan tag to join (stacked team)?" or "I'm just going to go AFK for a bit so you guys can pad your stats some more." and ofc no-one on the obviously imba team does ****.
 
Just remember its not always possible to switch sides all the time, and from round to round the teams often vary a lot in terms of having the stronger players. The bfc guys always move over to the weaker side, but then maybe 3 rounds later due to pure randomness the team we switched over to becomes the overpowered team, but then the server prevents us from switching back over. So its not always possible to even the teams out, and often people think that the clan players are just being dicks, which does also happen, but a lot of the clan players do try and make things balanced but as I said its not always possible to make everyone happy all of the time.

Often I think they are just being dicks. Last night it was basically FiB against the random pubbies.
 
Well I'm not in a clan but what I do is simply join (often on mates) and take it from there and this is what I see happening often: opposing team thumps the living shyte out of my team for 2 or 3 rounds. Then our team starts doing better (maybe with the removal of one or 2 idiots and addition of 1 or 2 better players) and then all of a sudden the other team starts crying about balance!! You think now I'm going to switch over to the new losing team after fighting long and hard to get the upper hand? Fsck no!

Classic the other night on Damavand - we finally got to raping them badly for a change (and I mean baaaaadly) and one oke from the other team who'd been there the whole night now suddenly declared his issue with the team balance where as before he'd obviously been fine with it. He says something like "oh nice fscking balanced teams FFS!". I say "yeah. just like the last 5 rounds, hey?" Him: "THAT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!" Me: "Oh, really? How's that?" ......*long pause*......Him: "cause...cause then we had the players. *doofus chuckle* ".

We've all been raped. It happens. Suck it up. Just don't be a prick and rage quit or team swap!

like the support guys who you have to jump in front of or even start shooting the ground by them, with what little ammo you, to actually get the ammo you need

now for the otherside of the story.. as support is my main class. I got 3-5 guys across the way chewing an ammo box and a bright spark standing by me wanting ammo !!! Check your map and run over to the otherside if you want ammo.
