To be honest, I played nearly 30h in the beta and by the end still barely leveled up my pistol. Most times I'm dead by the time I switch anyway :P

Switching to secondary is faster than reloading

I also miss the full auto G18 from BF 4
The go to secondary when playing scout
 
Did not enough people by the game locally in order to fill ZA servers?

I'm playing with a friend overseas and every second match we are on ZA servers and not enough people or usually filled with bots.

Something I don't understand. You’ve got a game that has zero bots, the round ends, and instead of just rolling everyone straight into a new game, it dumps you into matchmaking again. What nonsense is this?

I enjoy that more. I don't want to play against the same sweatlords (even if I own them anyway) over and over again. Much better and game feels fun playing with and against new people the whole time
. I also don't mind the bots in the lobby since I play it for fun with friends.
 
Apparently all the people affected by the EA outage yesterday are getting free season 1 of the -kots- battlepass

Anyone get anything yet?

Feel like the game is more focused on matchmaking you into the start of a server rather than filling an existing server.
 
Once in the game, under community tab, browse servers, how did they create those?

I have had a few crashes too, back to the EA login window. I have a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB and I think the drivers are still incapable of running BF6 properly. Hoping for an updated driver soon.
 
I've had no game crashes, just once or twice the scoreboard wouldn't display and also each teams score would be zero and the match would tell me it's ended in a draw which was not the case (my overseas party member seeing the actual results).

I'm fairly happy with how the game runs, detail is set to High, DLSS is on Performance, I'm capping my fps at 110 to accommodate the dips in frame rate, screen resolution is 1440p with an RTX 3080 10GB and i5-13600KF 32GB RAM.

Is there enough players to fill out a map on SA servers?
Really want this game but don't want to be stuck playing bots all the time.

Wanting to pull the trigger to buy

Mine seems to have resolved itself after launch. On a 4070ti and I didn't change anything on my end. Got in a good few hours yesterday and didn't have a crash.

I did get a bug where my mouse pointer disappeared on the deployment map for a round, but that was sorted after restarting the game.

Is there no option, or does it not work?

Cause I got a button that says host and when clicking on it I can change maps, modes, etc

Haven't tried it, because I'm on wifi so not stable enough to host
