So I pre registered and when the time came I downloaded BBM for IOS

Today I updated the software and when selecting contacts it will close the app.

Right, deleted the install and re installed now only to be told I'm in line. I have a pin and I pre registered.

Also I would like to know, when an app is deleted and you reinst it, there is a cloud that appears. That tells me the app was partially removed.

Happened to me too.
Just use your bb id to log back in all your info is still there.

Sad thing is dude when I run the bbm software if gives that cheezy smiley and says enter your email address to stand in line. And when I click I received the email, nothing happens

So I get this thing working but can't get my contacts Sigh. When you click contacts it closed the app.

delete your chat history... it is whilst send some media that doesnt work. update bbm again. 1.0.3.120 is latest i think. it working great now

Updating the App will sort it out.
