I can see the last time I got updates was 3 hours ago.

Its possible that MTN and CellC have BIS because they use a different path to get to Canada.
Jannie said the problem was in Europe, perhaps they don't go that way.

Reading the Crackberry forums, it appears to be Vodafone users in UK, Greece, Portugal.
There is also a report from Czech Republic - not sure if it is also Vodafone.
