BB's gift 6in1 windows 64bit os's

staying well away from anything remotely technical in future.

i wouldn't go as far as saying that.Im pretty clued up on most technical aspects i just thought id stir up a debate just for fun.It was gud to see people expressing their own opinions and explainations
 
then why don't MS do it themselves?

thats a very good point.ok so lets say that IF this level of compression was possible IMO i think that MS still wouldn't do this for the simple reason that its time consuming.I mean surely to get this level of compression it would take some time and then for the end user to uncompress it would take Js as much time.Another thing is that it disables the use of autorun feature so there goes the simple installation angle....Your thoughts toxicbunny?
 
How long does it take... roughly?.. because MS would only need to do it once.. since they master a disc and just copy with as many times as they need....

How does it disable the autorun feature?.... what would stop them from wrapping an autorun feature around the uncompression engine?
