Well, I wasn't planning on going to Woolies today, but now I will, and I will specifically look for Israeli products, and buy them.

BDS, I've got a suitcase full of dinars that I obtained from a friend who works with Hamas; would you accept this as a donation for your movement to organize a protest march against Israeli tomatoes?

All we ask in return is that any money raised legitimately from hoodwinked local Sunni folk be funneled back to your benefactors in the Middle East?

Don't worry, it's not laundering, it's called "supporting peace". And you'll get a tax deduction for it too...

Hold on, one could use that argument against anyone who raises the issue of human rights anywhere. Take all the people outraged at 911. Well, guess what - more Americans die on the roads each year in the US, yet there's "silence" about that.

This is really NOT an argument against a particular activist group. All sides have them.

Yup. Many of these accidents are caused by reckless, negligent and even malicious people and are in fact treated as crimes. A dead person killed by a dunk or reckless driver is still a dead person. But you can expand on that. Take homicides in the US. If a group does not condemn every single case of human rights abuses in the world, then they can't condemn any at all? It's absurd.

So if Al Gore does not condemn Japanese whale hunting he has no right to speak of human generated global warming?

Like the avo's that you get when they are not in season here.

we have a group of bmw drivers who scream blue murder, but only when bmw drivers are killed in accidents involving a mercedes.
however, the bmw drivers remain silent when other bmw drivers are responsible for wholesale carnage on the road.
