Very good friend of mine got severe back pains. Went to doctor who though it was acid reflux because gall stone was removed earlier in year. Pain got worse. In the end it was onset of cancer in the bones. If any pain last longer than a week you should have consulted a doctor already. He is currently on chemo therapy.

Well there is evidence that fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue can be cured with antibiotics so they are the pathology of an infection. Where I'm having trouble with this is how would they diagnose it? Potentially anyone could benefit so to exclude some as they may not have an infection is just insane. Alternative treatments vindicated again. :)

they cant, they would require a tissue sample and culture or do a biotype assay. They would just have to use a broad spectrum antibiotic as empirical treatment
