FF+ leader Pieter Groenewald said in the recent SONA debate that the government should put a moratorium on BEE, affirmative action and land expropriation without compensation until the economy hits 5% growth.

Question: Do you agree with Groenewald that BEE, AA and EWC cause damage to the economy, or is he merely looking after the interests of his party’s voters?

Look at how Singapore implement M.P.H. All these concepts are rejected by the ANC because they are seen as colonial and don't fill the foreign bank accounts of cadres.

Meritocracy (essentially appointing government officials on the basis of their ability rather than tribal, political or “ruling class” affiliation)
Pragmatism (not trying to reinvent the wheel but rather copying “best practice solutions” and adapting them to the local environment)
Honesty (being ruthless when it comes to weeding out corruption and having government officials whose integrity and conduct is beyond reproach).
