BEE shouldn't even exist any more. Apartheid ended in 1994, which effectively means that those "previously disadvantaged" youths have now made it all the way through school and have mostly likely finished tertiary education or are at least in their last year. So why then is this still going on? I can understand a 5 or even 10 year period where BEE is instated, but we're going on 15 years here. Are my children one day not going to be able to get jobs because they are not black enough?

This stopped being "empowerment" and started being "RACISM" four years ago.
