Beginner to gym need help

Ok so was at the gym to pay get my card ect, tomorrow we're starting with the trainer

He goes on your blood group and works out a diet/eating plan based on that..

Sounds good to me?

For what i want to do he said just the eating plan that he'll be working out is enough to get me there,if i want to bulk at some stage later on then we can look at some supplements but he's not a fan of it
Assuming this is at VA?
Please post the eating plan once you receive it if you don't mind?

I'd also like to see the eating plan.

I've never seen much credible info regarding blood-type diets. A lot of these diets will have you eating things like rice cakes and crackers in an attempt to bring your calories down but in the process deny you the macro-nutrients, vitamins & minerals that come along with whole foods. Don't ever sacrifice health for muscle gains. Your body's dependence on those things is far more important. Your foundation should be a variety of whole foods / don't eat out of boxes and packets / buy food that looks as close to how it did when it was grown.

Yeah I think they pretty much give a person a standard diet template - nothing personalized - just based on blood type alone.
Dunno if they even take carb/pro/fat break-down of macros into account but let's see :)

OP, I can refer you to somebody who knows what he's doing (plenty of references) and doesn't charge a arm and a leg.
