Look, ANY game that is mysteriously timed and linked to a big world wide event [movie release , sports event , you name it] , is 99.99% of time an absolute rip off and someone trying to cash-in on the event.

If you look how long Blizzard takes to release a game [and how long in advance they announced it], why do you think a "Batman : Dark Knight" or "Beijing Olympics" game that was probably made in less than 6 months is going to be any good ?

I wish people will stop buying this stuff so they will actually stop ruining franchises with all this trash.

I like all-round sport - So I'm not actually going for the Title, rather the Gameplay

Beijing 2008 Review

Beijing 2008 proves beyond a doubt that rapidly pushing buttons is not fun.
The Good

* Detailed athletes.

The Bad

* Archaic, blister-causing controls
* Way too difficult
* Only 32 countries, with no real participants
* Level-up system goes against reality
* Lousy tutorials.

I'd rather consider an older Olympic game than this, just looking at the reviews coming in

I have athens 2004 on pc and that also sucks ! majority of these olympic games are button mashing. Try summer Athletics which was released this month apparently it is better than beijing 08

the tutorials are completely USELESS, u will never know how to play half the events!

Very dissapointed

tutorials show xbox controller and not keyboard controlls, and allot of the events don't work with the keyboard, some controls you need to rotate with the analogue sticks of the xbox controller, like hammer throw, can not be done with keyboard

Really a waste of money if you can only play track events and swimming
Keyboard setup very poor, no setup for analogue sticks.

Does not detect gamepads

The uneven bars uses two up arrows for dismount, can not be setup on keyboard

Does anybody know all the controls maybe

If you have a xBox you can use the control on pc tho? Or am I mistaken...
