Opening ceremony was full of class, Passìon and pride - it was very good.

i will only write about athletics as i do athletics and currently with the athletics team in the pre training camp in Daegu Korea

800m athletics Mbulaeni Mulaudzi currently ranked 5th in the world known to perform well in good meets

long jump Godfrey Khotso Mokoena currently ranked 10th but is world indoor champion for 2008

javelin John Robert Oosthuizen currently ranked 6th

the 4x400m team has a good chance of a medal as well.

i would recommend following the italian women's volleball team. pray they go all the way.

for someone that understands volleyball, why does each team have a player dressed in different kit to the other team mates?

It will be a loss for mankind if Italy doesn't make it through. At least my PVR will keep it for prosperity.
