My 24 month contract with Telkom terminated in May, and i gave them the 30 days noticed, so it was successfully canceled.
My bank account used to be debited around R800 for the 24 months. So everything is fully paid.
However, Telkom now sends the invoice for R18 000, as if I paid nothing.
What is the way of getting them to stop sending me this statement? Email and call center does not help.
Please advise.
