Being charged after contract

Hi,

My 24 month contract with Telkom terminated in May, and i gave them the 30 days noticed, so it was successfully canceled.

My bank account used to be debited around R800 for the 24 months. So everything is fully paid.

However, Telkom now sends the invoice for R18 000, as if I paid nothing.

What is the way of getting them to stop sending me this statement? Email and call center does not help.

Please advise.

been told its nice to get into marriage with them but when you want to leave its a mess..
So many people I have spoken to have issues when they want to leave after the 24 month mark.

You need to go in store to cancel, if you were on the Data sim contract and it ended they put you on a smaller or different package and still debt every month. I also found out the hard way when they kept charging me R400 for flipping only 20GB data afte 24 months ended.
