Hallo Peeps

I had my ADSL Line installed about a month ago and too cut a long story short my ADSL stop working from yesterday.
The telephone line works, The ADSL line syncs all works fine except my both accounts. Both of my Telkom accounts cant connect. Even tried the Telkom guest account to browse Telkom’s website and not a thing

This is what I have tried, I have tried reset the router ,tried two different routers, I have tried two different land points at home and tried to different Computers ,tried new cables and nothing helps

I have contacted Telkom twice this morning and they say my ADSL line is and account is fine, Telkom say that they cant log a fault if they cant find anything wrong. Anybody have the same problems connected to Benmore gardens exchange.

Anything else you guys suggest I can try?:(

Did the telkom tech state he was able to comunicate with your router?
I am not sure how it works, however whenever I had a problem they mentioned that the conection to my router was ilregular thus a fault on the line. If all fails ask for a tech from telkom to come out on site to test. They will inform you that if the fault does lie with your equipment, they will charge you 400 bucks or something like that.

All the techie said is that he can see that my router is syncing and all looks good with my router.

Yip Yotch tried that with the guest account and only tried browsing telkoms site but still nothing,the guest account does not even connect.

So i tell the techie that telkom should send someone onsite and he says "okay tranfering you"............still hanging on for 45 minutes:mad:

How is the online fault reporting,do they take months to send somone onsite?
