Benq Joybook 7000

I have a BenQ Joybook 7000, Everything works great on it except none of the four USB ports seem to work. I get no reaction from my Joybook. I have tried flash sticks, a mouse and even a printer none of the ports will do anything. In the device manager it says it works fine!

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!!

So the devices are being detected? i.e. it shows that SOMEthing is being plugged in / unplugged ?

More details, please: chipset?
