BEP2 -> BEP20 Binance

So I have some old crypto... but it's Binance in BEP2

Anyone know how I can convert these to BEP20 or any other token to sell / swop them.
They're on a Safepal cold wallet and no one supports BEP2 anymore, not even Binance.

ChatGPT say I should use Trust Wallet to do it, anyone ever used that?
