Actually everything on TV is a spinoff (or a cross over) of St Elsewhere. And all that just happened in Tommy Westphalls head.

Agree 200%! Watched 5 minutes of an episode and switched over to the grass growing channel; it was far more entertaining. Such useless drivel. Now you see there's a Korean Top Gear? A chopper crashed in the filming of it. Epic fail...
