I wanna purchase a nice action game for my tab. Any other tab users have any suggestions

Thanks, I have a Samsung 10.1

Will give these a bash.

I read that Nvidia will be pushing for games to be ported over to their Tegra series :D. So lost planet 2 and other tiltle maybe coming to a tablet near you!

If you look at the Kal-el, its a lot better than iOS esp with the added Unreal 3 Engine support. So in theory yes we should see some better game support in the future.

Well, Nvidia are playing things in a very clever way... They still keeping support for the Tegra 2, and are pushing games onto that. Tegra 3 will just have the advantage of a much fast.. everything, so expect games to look much better on it. I expect things to get very interesting in the next year :)

Oooh this looks promising, Suppose to come out some time this month....

Need for speed shift is free on Samsung apps for the galaxy tab. I love that game and it looks awesome on the tab...

This could be quite fun if the controls are handled right they don't mention any tabs in the article but im assuming some of them will be supported and also the game isn't out yet. If you want some good oldschool games I suggest getting gemRB and installing some of the infinity engine games like baldurs gate 2 or planescape torment, ive played some of them on my friends tab and they play beautifuly.

Link.

Just got Galaxy on fire 2.

The next one I will probably buy is Samurai II: Vengeance THD.

Any idea when/if we are getting N.O.V.A. 2 HD on the TF?

Downloaded Dungeon Defenders, but never got a round to play it. Worth the time?

Use to play Galaxy on fire on my iPad.

Finished Samurai, pity it has no replay value.

I dont think many Gameloft games will come to Honeycomb, till they move to a new engine. I have a feeling they use Unity that is not properly supported with Honeycomb yet. Maybe when they switch to Unreal we will see more titles.

Played the 1st level, was ok... actually now that you mention it, I never went back, dont know why.

Possibly cause I installed something else that was more fun at the time.

Just an update, the Developer fixed the Paid version of Destroy Gunners SP, there is a new setting in Options menu for all Dual Core devices, now running like a dream and no more FC's

Also found another Great action Shooter for phones with optimized FX for Tablets: Aftermath XHD

Well its more like a Zombie killer.

Well I rooted and installed Sixaxis Controller. This allows me to control it without the dock. I am not sure but I think you can use it wired with dock's USB when not rooted.

If you have a Wii there is an app that allow you to play games using the Wii remote using Bluetooth as well.

Thanks man, still too scared to root mine.

I did some reading after your question, it seems that you still need to root for USB, but I also have great news for people like you. ICS will have this support built into the OS so no need to root.

For me its totally worth it(root) as I love playing some games like Shadowgun on the TV, using HDMI and my PS3 controller.
