Best budget Bluray player?

Hi. Having recently been dragged kicking and screaming into a buying a new TV I am considering getting a Bluray player so as to maximize my enjoyment.

I see Game has the Samsung BDD5300 for R1099,
House&Home has the BDD5100 for R999,
Furniture City has the BDC5500 for R799 and
Incredible has the LG BDP550 for R999.
Makro has Philips BDP-2700 for R899 or the same LG but with 24 month warranty for R1099.

Can anyone comment on these models? USB input is important to me, wireless is NOT since I don't want to have to pay extra for a connector/receiver thingy.

Thanks Necrite. I was hoping to limit price to R1000 but I'll look into it. Not sure where its available at that price?

I see Kalahari are selling the S380 for R1199. I read that this model lacks dnla and divx support though...
