Best Business Uncapped Packages or Equivalent

I can't see better value for money in the market other than Axxess or Afrihost. The only snag lately has been an IPC shortage which has severely degraded these packages in the Southern Region (Western and Eastern Cape). However, that is due to be corrected by an IPC upgrade due to go live tomorrow.

Just to add even though axxess and afrihost are essentially the same company their unshaped business 10mbps account is R100 cheaper than Afrihost's. Just putting it out there.

What is the best Business uncapped account to use Between Openweb, Afrihost, Cybersmart or Webafrica? There seems to be a considerable price difference between these ISP's and very little difference in restrictions from what I can see.

I'm looking for the best value for money but must be reliable. So doesn't have to be the cheapest but I don't want to pay more if I can get the same service at another ISP for less.

Telkom is out as you need to have a registered company to get there package. I won't use Mweb.

Anybody have any advice as what to go for?
