Best (cheapest) mobile SIM for foreign tourist?

I have a friend that will be visiting SA in July for 4 weeks. Family of 4. So which once-off SIM with data would be the best option in SA? Guess one SIM in a Mifi router should be fine. Also guessing 5-10GB would do. Flying in to Ape Town, so getting it at the arport would be preferred.

You need passport and plane ticket to get rica, but you can only rica at airport that you fly in on.

Better to buy the sim for them or buy at pakistan shop.
