Hey Guys

I'm looking at doing a coding Bootcamp specifically focusing on Full Stack software engineering. Is there anything out there you guys would recommend? I have been looking at HyperionDev's Online Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp and their Software Engineer Bootcamps and it looks good but I'm wondering if anyone has done the course and what was their experience.

It seems their marketing strategy is really good but I want to know how good is course material or if is it all just hype.

Asking for an honest opinion of people who have done the course not one biased by people working for Hyperion.

I haven’t heard great reports. Here’s another thread on it.

Personally, I recommend getting a degree if possible.

Yeah been looking at them for a while but I'm 36 so fall out of scope with their course. Thanks for the list though :)
I'm 40, so I know the story far too well :)

Where are you in regards to programming? HTML? CSS? Javascript? Framework?

I also thought I would get an upper hand due to my age and background with doing these bootcamp things. Honestly, it is who you know, and what you know.

I can give some resources that have helped me tremendously. I am on React now and fully believe that after what I am learning, I can provide evidence of my skills to get me hired. That being said, I am also a part of community on a slack channel where there are multiple companies as well as people who "knows someone".

If you are in the latter stages (Past HTML and CSS, inbox me, and I will send you what I have and know will help)

Shot thanks alot. I have some basics on HTML and CSS, got some of Python and created a few apps in Ruby but not enough so thinking of working through the Odin project and getting a good base to work off.
