Best free drive cloning software

Can anyone please recommend me free disk cloning software, there is lots that once you install it, the cloning software is locked behind a professional edition etc. Looking for a disk to disk cloning, not really backup and restore.

Clonezilla is really good too but its boot based and does need a few brain cells to use.

dd is a commanline utility in every linux system. easy to use. industrial quality

Macrium Refect is my go-to, but if I need to resize partitions to fit, I use the Easeus Partition Manager.

Here is another question, is there anything that runs on Windows server 2016 that is free, the Macrium works perfect in Windows 11 but I also want to clone my server, it runs on Windows server 2016.
