That is a broker not an insurance company....
1) You get what you pay for...don't go for the cheapest.
2) Work through a reputable broker
3) Don't withhold information
4) If you have a problem with the insurer or broker, seek out the ombudsman
5) Don't let your premiums bounce or go unpaid.
