Best international Least cost routing

Hi Guys

I need some advice

We currently using Vox Orion least cost routing and premicells for our international calls and cell calls and we are stuggling with them as specially with calls to Africa, Middle east and central europe.

What are you using for least cost routing.

I am chatting to Neotel about this has anyone used them for this?

What solutions have you put in place?

I am looking for something that will reduce cost without reducing call line quality

Your help would be appreciated
