Best ISP for 512 kbps uncapped account?

Hi there,

I need to know which is the best uncapped provider for 512 kbps account?
I dont want an IS reseller or anything to do with IS for that matter.
Any suggestions?

There is just no justice i reckon - thinking Openweb / Mweb at the moment.

Openweb GOLD has like 4 or 5 backbones you can choose from. IS is just one of them.

I used to have a 512 mweb uncapped and worked fine.
