Best isp for DotA2

Im looking to purchase a package to use for playing DotA2.

I have a 4 meg line, and i have tried both telkom aswell as afrihost, but the pings average out at about 350-400, which is horrible.

I have seen other people on 384 lines, that get pings of about 200, so ye, just looking if any1 can help me out.

webafrica gets very good pings, tried on my 4meg , 200 odd etc

If you're getting 350-400ms on afrihost and telkom you're probably playing on US servers, they get 250-300ms to EU servers.

Web Africa is a good bet.

Unless i am doing it wrong, im pretty sure i am playing on the EU servers.

I have clicked "inactive" on all the other servers, and only left EU as active.

international servers that's about the right ping. I'm playing with a Afrihost account EU server and have no problems depends what time you playing.
