Overall. Admittedly shortly before moving everything over to our controllers we had a Telkom issue in getting the new bandwidth installed, so Q3 was problematic for us. Q1 we were somehow included in the survey but excluded from results, which we won by a long shot.

We won top rated ISP by the above count as follows:

Q1 top rated (excluded because it was the 1st time we were included in the survey)
Q2 top rated (1st official)
Q4 top rated (current)

So it's something we're incredibly proud of. And since moving all policies to our network controllers (home capped were last after we got unlimited midnight tested and working) we've substantially increased the overall experience as well...

I cannot comment on IS relationships, but I can confirm that we operate our own network policies and products, and no other IS reseller has access to these. Only our resellers do. I was simply correcting the statement that we resell standard IS accounts.

Our relationship with WA is a strong one but subject to confidentiality. Things are changing on this front though...
 
i did the maths and i think this makes more sense?

if crytal web win Q1=1st Q2=1st Q3=6st Q4=1st law of avargaes = 2.25?
acces win Q1=1 Q2=2 Q3=1 Q3=2 = 1.75?

so even if crystal win 1 2 en 4 you will still lose!

Never argued against the above. Hence why I referred to the quarters and admitted we had a Q3 issue.

Suppose we can get back to the topic...

What I've picked up is the 3 ISP's I've tested differ massively when I do a no-load ping test between EU and US (hardly the perfect test, but its what I have).
Afrihost Uncapped Business - EU = 178ms US = 375ms
WebAfrica (old unshaped prepaid account) - EU = 187ms US = 201ms
Crystalweb (ping provided by friendly consultant! :D ) - EU = 191ms US = 274ms

I'm looking for an uncapped account that prioritises gaming - don't care how badly P2P, etc is throttled.

Anyone got any suggestions for something that will be solid for EU & US?
