I can vouch for Krypton Web. Switched over to them recently and just having instant support over WhatsApp is great. They also put you in touch with technical support very quickly if you have any issues.Cant punt your own self like that...

I've been with them for 15 months..I've only had 5 issues..3 of them were on vumatel side..so credit where credit is due..I was a fan of rocketnet but since they upgraded to 250Mbps, this is the story. I have logged a ticket.
On 100Mbps, I used to get wifi speeds of up to 50 but now it is abysmal. I haven't changed location where I sit and nothing changed that will affect wifi speed.

I think there is something wrong with the modem/tenda they have given. Last time, support suggested the same on whatsapp but nothing came of it. Logged a ticket to see if it goes anywhere. Our brand new TV doesn't connect to fibre network so we use mobile data, tried physical cable connection as well. Can't use that network to connect to specific sites as well.
