How long does it take Vumatel to complete a circuit release

Basically, my fiance and I have moved into a unit in a complex on Saturday 14 February, we had previously requested a line change with Afrihost and they told us that all was processed correctly, however when trying to set up the wifi at the new address on Saturday we found out that the previous tenant's ISP(Webafrica) still held the line even though they had requested a line move for 31 January. Since then it has been an uphill battle, however yesterday we had received an update that Vumatel has logged a circuit release after we had provided the proof of the new address, however since yesterday we have not had an update. We are feeling hopeless at this point and to make it worse we are still paying for internet from Afrihost and not receiving anything, so I just wanted to know if anyone knows how long Vumatel generally take to release the line.
 
Can you post your Afrihost reference?

Please share your AH order reference or the ticket ID for the circuit release.

Thank you, but I thought that Vuma was the FNO? Are you saying that they are waiting for Webafrica to confirm, because from what I have seen that could take forever as it seems as though Webafrica are the most incompetent ISP in South Africa.

Yes, I meant the ISP.
 
Please share your AH reference, so I can keep track of the order. The Vuma reference is their internal reference, it does not have your details.

Just checked with my fiance who has been the one chatting though the whatsapp and she never received an AH reference, are you able to generate one or should we ask for a reference through whatsapp?
