Best mid-range phone with good camera

I need a new mid-range Android phone (+- R4000 cash) with a good camera.
I'm considering the Huawei P9 lite. Any other suggestions?

The Xiaomi Mi4 looks decent, but it does not have a microSD card slot.

Another good device. The Note 3 ain't much bigger as the bezels are quite thin. Maybe you can score a Note 3 for R1899 using the WeChat special?
