Hey,

So I need a fixed internet connection at home. I dont have a telkom line at home, so not willing to pay for line rental, dsl rental, and data right now.

Best options I have come accross so far:
-Axxess 2gb + 2gb option for R139 per month, plus a Hauwei E5377 for R1600 (I want LTE).
- Telkom 60gb + 60gb offering for R1800 for the year, plus a Hauwei E5377 for R1600.

My question is, will the Hauwei modem support both Telkom and MTN LTE as I know they work on different frequencies?
The Telkom option appears to be a much better option, but how is the network and coverage accross the country? I am in Jhb.
Any other recommendations?

You need model E5377Bs-605. It covers both FDD frequency of Vodacom/MTN and TDD Telkom.
For testing coverage get Telkom starter pack R49 200MBx12. This data package can roam to MTN. Or buy Telkom-only bundle 2+1GB R149.

BTW, Not sure Cell C do LTE at the moment. When it does, you need model, E5377s-32 (for all local networks except Telkom).

Where do I get the E5377Bs-605? All the ones I see available at the moment are the E5377s-32 version
