Best opensource "office" for Windows?

On windows you can use the MS Converter for Office 2003. It will convert the document and then open it in the default application.

openoffice.org is the best open source office suite i've seen. it has several language translations on its site as far as i know (well i can see them in my linux repository so im assuming so)
