Best PC for video streaming

Hi all, I'm new to mybroadband.
Im looking to get a PC purely for streaming video from the net and support all types of video playback. Any sugestions and would it be better to have one built?

I use an ASUS F550C to stream and it works perfectly, bought it for that purpose.

Thanks guys, had a look around and RS Components has the best price @ R597 and R1021 for the starter kit.
Is the starter kit worth the money?

If the starter kit comes with Raspberry pi 3, Case, power supply and sd card. Raspbian Os with kodi is easy to set up.

If setting up the Raspberry is too time consuming, look at Android tv box.
