Looking for a decent streaming Android box

possibly BUT it hasnt happened before and i have had around 3 minor updates since getting it 🤔 - but this is more like they botched the code in Google TV so that something in Projectivy broke - so the ball is now in Projectivy's court to find and fix what got borked (ie is incompatible between the Launcher and Google TV because Google coding takes precedence since it is the underlying operating system)

most App developers are sharp at this and i'm confident that they will fix it sooner rather than later 😉
 
I upgraded my original Mi Box to the Acer and so far its pretty solid. Obviously faster than the first gen mi box but the ARC support is far better. My Denon and Toshiba TV used to have some issues with losing the ARC connection and slow reaction.
Will give it a few more weeks and see if there is anything that annoys me.
 
I use a Skyworth Leap. Been very happy with it. Has a LAN port but I don't use it. I haven't checked whether they are available or not.
