Best quality VoIP for calling SA numbers

I need a voip solution for calling SA numbers. Currently using Skype with credits but I'm curious if someone knows a better option. But clueless on what my options here are.

Not too concerned about cost. Quality is the priority. Being able to call from an android device would be a big bonus too.

So

Android > WiFi > Internet > SA number

Some of the Siemens Gigset models offer pretty good value for money.

Your call quality is highly dependent on your connection speed. Sharing data downloads with voip can be problematical.

Bekdik - Fibre line with just me on it so I'm more concerned about the voip provider side.
