Best RAM for gaming

I have 2x512mb's DDR2 667Mhz, if I add a 1gb DDR2-800 module in one of the slots, would the 512 still run in dual channel or should I just get 2x 1GB DDR2-800?

Any noticeable difference between ram running at 667 vs 800mhz?

Is 2GB sufficient for gaming?

Depends does the mobo have support for DDR2 800 and is the timing all the same?

Dunno about the timing. I'm trying to sell my 1GB 667Mhz Transcend RAM for about R100 and then buy 2gig's.
