After moving, I started to use Telkom. I was using MTN, and they are very expensive and very slow. What I noticed with Telkom Prepaid is that I consume twenty gigabytes of data in less than fifteen days, and I consider myself a light user.

I have not seen the twenty gigabyte deal with MTN. I normally use their special offers section. But Telkom charges more or less the same for twenty gigabytes of data.

I would check coverage first before making a choice. MTN doesn't have good coverage and lately doesn't work at all. I was told by MTN that they had an outage? I had to get Vodacom for my work, the connection was fast, and phone calls are clear, so I will be porting my number over on Monday.

Vodacom is incredibly expensive, but MTN is just not reliable any more.

As I wrote this, my twenty gigabyte bundle cost three hundred forty-nine rand and is valid for thirty days on MTN.
