Best Telkom fixed-LTE deal

For some reason the share your thoughts button on the article isn't linking to the forum correctly, it just redirects to the article
 
Cannot pay via eft. I do not trust any ISP with the other info.
 
This is the same special monthly deal that was offered by Telkom itself
Difference is the Telkom special offer included a HUAWEI MiFi LTE router
 
So, here is my experience: I ordered the product last week Tuesday, my bank was debited on the same day, and the sim was delivered and Rica'd on Friday. I waited until the evening, but the sim was not activated; contacted support on Saturday, who confirmed they were having trouble getting the Telkom sims activated. Contacted them again on Monday, and on Tuesday. Still no joy, despite promises of "this evening" and "during the course of the day" it still has not been activated.
This is not a very good start to my experience with Axxess :mad:

Yes, it is now sorted.
Next step: I wonder how Axxess is going to handle the billing. My sim was ordered and delivered in Sept. and I was debited a pro rata amount but had no service at all in that month. My account shows next amount is due on 1 Nov.
