As the title say, I’m interested on changing my iBurst package to a higher one and would like to keep the cost/pro-rata/double billing low as possible, so when is the best time to change package and avoid such charges.
Last time I called the service desk and asked for a package change they implemented it ASAP even though I told them to make it effective as of the following month.
