Best US based hosting provider for .Net?

I want to host an ASP .Net solution with MS SQL in the US - who do you guys recommend and why? Cheap is better but stability is important.

I used www.1and1.com and had good expereince with it.

3.99 $ pm for a domain, 10GB webspace and unlimited traffic for a MS site.
