Can anyone suggest the best VALUE Complete (line rental and ISP charge)
ADSL package in Cape Town?

Looking at:
512Kbps and up, 1Mbit pref.

Bandwidth:
30GB int.
Can be shaped, as long as HTTP is not shaped.

If you want 30GB its cheaper to get 3 x 10GB accounts. Have a look at Web Africa.

4 Meg line and 10GB account is R890. Then another 2 10GB accounts would be R490 each.
You could probably get 512k uncapped for that price.

Why would you need a static IP?

Leased line or maybe some true uncapped SAIX option will give you fixed IP.
