Best Value for Money AMD AM4 CPU

Hi guys

I currently have a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU. What would you suggest is the best Value for Money CPU I can buy currently for Rendering?

I have a RTX 3060 12GB GPU and 32GB DDR4 3200mhz Ram.

am4 .. rendering, only really have a r9 5900 series choice tbh. 5700x3d/5800x3d cpu's wont help you with rendering.

Then factor in the extra cooling they will need if you only have the normal amd cooler.

I have the 5900 or 5950 in mind.
5900 = 12 cores
5950 = 16 cores
