Best VPN for P2P

I've just started using Privateinternetaccess VPN

Seems like a good service.
5 simultaneous devices supported. PPTP, OpenVPN and L2TP/IPSec.

They have gateways all over the world.
the PC app allows manual connection to a country or automatically select best/fastest.
Still have to get the android app setup.

getting my 10Mbps down 5 up speed so far using it.

Running sabnzbd through the VPN.
 
I can recommend PIA and have used it before. Currently my seedbox is with snthostings and I get free OpenVPN through it... I can only pop out from netherlands but I get full 100meg up and down on my home fibre line
 
If you have a VPS or dedicated server somewhere you can install OpenVPN on it.
