Level 7, may need you if Telkom can't do ADSL due to cable theft. Have you got stock of cpes and do you work on public holidays :P

Done. Twice... (is blacklight still doing your new site? I highly recommend them, they'll fix up the usability issue I had)

Why have you increased 8mbit so much, wasn't it R1150 per 1st post?

We have only increased the higher end packages due to various factors, but will be doing a review in Jan and hope to bring some good news to everyone!
 
So I created an account just so I could say nice things about these guys!

I signed up with level 7 about a month ago - really great service. Igor came and did the installation on a public holiday of all things! I'm on the 4mb package and don't really have any complaints - the service really was that good. :)

If I absolutely had to criticise anything it would be that after my wifi router blowing during a thunderstorm I haven't received a replacement yet.

1. Whats the delay between the antenna on my roof to the highsite?
2. Any news on your pricing coming down? I wanted to go 8meg but thats way too pricey.
3. Whats the lead time on installs?

level7 is it really R500 connection fee if you install all your own equipment ?

@Beachless : If you setup and align everything yourself, no connection fee is charged. We will only charge that if we must come out. (Please note you need to use a Ubiquity Nanobridge to connect to the sectors) pop us a mail at [email protected] and I will give you locations of your closest high site.
