I was checking my speeds in comparison to yours ...

You get 4x to 6x quicker than I get on my BB Torch

The last two tests were 80kbps and 128kpbs ... I wouldn't complain :P

AFAIK this was in the T&C when BIS was implemented (Dont use a crap berry so wouldnt know for sure) but from what i read around, most guys get away with downloading full tv series and movies
