Is there anyway we can bump this story to the MyADSL home page? I think its a pretty serious matter that requires iBurst's attention.
It can be justified with the importance of a user's online security, and the possible fact that some accounts have already been hijacked.
Yeah I think the admin of this forum should "bump" this subject to anywhere that forces a response from wbs.
We all pay alot of money for the service and we deserve a truthfull answer to this subject and not just be brushed off as if it's not important.
This brings to mind all those "dead" IPs I was getting as well as the many times when I got home that I could not connect, yet when calling helpdesk get told there is nothing wrong their side....sorta makes we wonder.
We know wbs read these threads so how about a response please.
