No amount of curiosity will make me trust Sanral enough or ever to take a gander at the information they may or not have on me, my vehicles, owned or previously owned. The entire process in which they collect information is full of flaws with endless possibilities to scenarios that may have generated these.
In addition, their desperate measures used to suck in road users to their website, including the obvious use of MyBroadband, whether willingly or not, underlines the serious trouble these critters have spiralled into. The use of an article such as this which Sanral fully appreciates will get the attention and hits to their website they desire, is also deeply troubling.
There is no amount of written guarantees which will prevent Sanral and their henchmen from using this to their advantage. The current regime has done precious little to endear trust. Their deeds are often clandestine and self-enriching. How do we know if this ploy is any different. In so doing, I ask, how does the author of this article know that they are not damning or creating unnecessary strife for the many that are curious about what lies beneath. Where is the disclaimer.
My personal opinion is that this article is in poor taste.
