Beware textaphrenia

:wtf:

People will make disorders out of anything nowadays.

I have MyBroadbandaphrenia - The mistaken belief that anyone actually reads my posts. :p

Indeed.

Just because you have schizophrenia, doesn't mean that everybody is NOT out to get you.

AVERAGING 444 text messages a day?

Given eight hours for sleeping that's over 30 sms an hour. :~/

Dont you mean:

Just because you DON'T have schizophrenia, doesn't mean that everybody is NOT out to get you? :D

I was talking about this:

Textaphrenia: the mistaken belief that you have heard the beep or felt the vibration of an incoming text message.

Yea I suffer from that, but I have learned to ask someone to confirm weather or not I have received such message before attempting to read such message on my mobile phone.
Before I did this I found my self having a strange relationship with a Swedish guy named Erickson who kept sending me blank messages, but I know it was him since it displayed his name on the screen every time I got a message from him. I deemed that this must be due to some incompatibility with our phones, and beside the lack of communication we became fast friends. The friendship blossomed until my therapist pointed out that his name was also printed on the back of my phone. I was shocked! He didn't seem like a stalker! I mean, how twisted do you have to be to emboss your name on someone else's phone? I ended it there and then. He does't message me anymore tho. Good thing too, otherwise it might come between me and my new best friend Nokia.
