Oh for sure, it comes with the territory.

Renault do the same with all their cars built in Romania…not that the original French ones were ever any good.

Fiat always had garbage.

Nissan may just be alright but I don’t think the compete in this segment any more either.

Opel Corsa is no longer a low end player.

Polo Vivo is even out of this bracket and it’s also a piece of kak.

Nissan has the Magnite which is just a renault kiger both built in india.. Crap crap crap..... But i would still take a vivo out of this whole crap pile.
 
What a pity Suzuki has dropped the ball.
The original little jeeps the 410 and 413 Samurai were awesome,cannot break them.
My little soft top 413 had diff locks front and back. I wandered around the long grass of Central and East Africa for many years. A carton of Camel fags and two cases of beer.
It floats and if one gets stuck 6 guys and some poles pick it up and away I zoom.

I know. I know. Most people won't know what I'm talking about if I just say SJ 413 or SJ 1000.
They will still whip the ass off a Yankee Doodle Jeep in seriously rough terrain. Especially in deep mud, crossing deep rivers and climbing over termite mounds.

They also roll pretty well…
 
On a tight tough 4x4 track a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (currently R1million +) will not significantly outperform a Suzuki Jimny costing half as much.
Especially if you add lockers to the Jimny....

They are not highway cruisers.
Never rolled any of my two on seriously rough roads all over Africa.
I have rolled a Land Rover in the snow of Lesotho.
Methinks OBS had something to do with that incident.

If both are stock standard the little Suz will out perform the big boys every time.

Nah this was just extreme lean angle on a 4x4 trail not near any highway, super low speed just was too much and over it went.

Car hardly noticed and was pushed upright and back on its way again.

They are incredibly hardcore actually.

You okes/blokes on the Indian made train are aware the new/latest C3 is Indian made & shares nothing with the European made C3?

It's incredible (on paper) value for what it is.

Why they kept all the same name is properly stupid.
